About navi for Nut Welding

The navi detects with a high accuracy whether or not the nut and the workpiece are set correctly right before welding. It prevents manufacturing defectively welded products.

Method of Nut Detection

When pressured, the guide pin is pressed by the upper electrode to descend.
This height difference determines whether the nut is set correctly or not.

How to Detect Incorrect Nut Setting

Input of +/- tolerance to a reference point allows the device to determine whether the nut is set correctly or not.

Suitable for manual operation.
Workpieces are set manually. Suitable for operations feeding nuts manually or by nut feeder.
